Responsibilities:
- Utilize SolidWorks to engineer and 3D model innovative product designs, ensuring they meet high standards and engineering specifications.
- As a Design Engineer, you will set the benchmark for material selection and construction techniques, aiming for excellence in design and manufacturability.
- Work closely with the detailing team to ensure designs are ready for production, embodying commitment to quality and efficiency.
- Own your projects from concept through to production, building strong relationships with manufacturing teams to discuss and implement design improvements.
- The role of Design Engineer challenges you to continuously innovate, optimizing design processes and product functionality.
Design Engineer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or combination of relevant certifications and experience.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software; SolidWorks Professional Certification (CSWA or CSWP) preferred.
- Solid foundation in engineering principles, material science, and product construction.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, essential for collaboration across teams.
